Anyone else purchase GWEN from the online store and have it not show up on your account?

Nope that's the only thing i haven't had trouble with today in regards to online store. Seems like one big mess tbh and i won't be using it again.

When i originally went to buy GW:EN, i kept getting stuck on ''processing transaction'' after afew mins a transaction failed message popped up indicating that the sale scouldn't be completed. After 2 tries i gave up and logged off... Returned an hour later to find GW:EN had been purchased despite never getting past the processing transaction page.

Contacted the bank to find Plaync have billed me for 2 copies of GW:EN even though i only have 1 account.
